30-Day Free Trial
All new users receive a 30-day free trial with 30,000 tokens. We encourage you to thoroughly test the Service during this period before subscribing to a paid plan.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
First-time subscribers: Within 14 days of initial payment if less than 10% of tokens used
Service outages: Pro-rated refunds for extended outages (>24 hours)
Billing errors: Double charges or incorrect amounts
Technical issues: Persistent bugs preventing core functionality
Not Eligible for Refund
Change of mind after the 14-day period
Disputes over AI-generated content quality
Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account termination
Usage of more than 10% of monthly token allocation
Failure to cancel before renewal
Refund Process
Step 1: Submit Request
Email support@gixo.ai with:
Account email address
Transaction ID from Paddle
Reason for refund request
Supporting documentation if applicable
Step 2: Review
We will review your request within 3 business days
Step 3: Processing
If approved, refunds are processed through Paddle within 5-10 business days
Step 4: Confirmation
You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime through account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No partial refunds for unused time in the billing period
You retain access until the end of the paid period
