By accessing or using Gixo.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zencraft Consultancy Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your use of the Service.
2. Service Description
Gixo.ai is an AI-powered content operating system that provides:
AI-assisted content generation for blogs, social media, emails, and presentations
Brand voice analysis and application (Content DNA)
Document export capabilities (PDF, Word, PowerPoint)
Multi-language support and translation services
Team collaboration features (on applicable plans)
Integration with various AI providers for optimal content generation
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information
You must be at least 18 years old
You are responsible for maintaining account security
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We support passwordless authentication via passkeys and OAuth providers
You must not share your account credentials
4. Acceptable Use
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Create content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service
You grant us a license to process and display your content within the Service
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload
We may remove content that violates these Terms
5.2 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI is provided as-is
You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content
We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content
You must comply with applicable laws regarding AI-generated content disclosure
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Zencraft Consultancy Private Limited and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property and may be used without compensation to you.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be added where applicable
7.2 Plans and Limits

7.3 Overage Charges
Additional token usage beyond plan limits will be charged at $0.02 per 1,000 tokens.

8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
Content may be retained for legal compliance as per our Privacy Policy

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zencraft Consultancy Private Limited from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service.
